*Meeting/Greet clients and guests in busy lobby area.
*Calendar management/booking conference rooms
*Ordering office supplies
*Data entry, filling, faxing
*Assist with badge access
*Light housekeeping duties
*At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a professional fast pace office environment
*Experience working face to face with high level clients
*Attention to detail and a team player
*Proficient in Word, MS Outlook and Excel
Monday through Friday- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and flexibility with overtime.
