A well-established Peninsula law firm seeks a F/T Litigation Secretary. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing pleadings and discovery; managing files for complex litigation matters; calendaring; arranging depositions; e-filing documents, ordering medical records, transcribing correspondence and assisting attorneys with their caseloads. Candidate should be familiar with Federal, State and local rules. Strong communication skills are required for frequent interaction with court personnel, opposing counsel and clients.

Candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong organization skills, be able to work as part of a team and be able to prioritize work effectively. Must be reliable and punctual. Familiarity with Microsoft Office necessary. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree.
