JOB DESCRIPTION:
Based in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, LTD Online Stores/PatioProductions.com seeks to add 1 part-time OR full-time Content Management Assistant to our young, hard-working, and entrepreneurial team. We thrive in a casual and friendly but hectic work environment. We are a brick and mortar retail company with a strong online presence and over 10 years of successful e-commerce experience to share. Our content manager will make sure our websites are accurate and updated with expertly-crafted and laser-focused content including product descriptions, white papers, and more. This is a flexible position, so you can select your own hours (with approval), but we ask that you work at least 20 hours week (and no more than 29 hours per week for part-time, up to 40 for full-time).

Daily duties will be to manage work flow and execute on the following: Load new products to our websites and third-party retailers such as Amazon; make updates to existing products on our websites and third-party retailers; optimize our product pages for search engines (SEO knowledge a plus, but not required as you'll learn on the job); add content to our blogs; update our in store price tags, flyers etc.; and other clerical and creative duties as needed.

Flexible Hours of your choice as long as it is Monday -- Saturday between 7 am-6pm. Pay will be $12 an hour starting out, with the opportunity after 3 months to receive health coverage and benefits for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The right candidate is self-motivated, hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills, writing skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in online marketing, retail, and development. We want to see you not only succeed here, but learn a lot from the position to help you either advance your career or start your very own e-commerce business.

You MUST be intermediate to expert with the following programs: Photoshop and Excel. You MUST be a good writer. Knowing basic HTML is a HUGE plus.

You must have a 4 year college degree, or be working towards a degree, preferably in one of the following: Marketing, English (Literature or Composition), Journalism, Computer Science, Business, or similar.
