2 to 3 years experience working as an administrator for a large home health company or as the administrator for the home health division of a hospital system. Our client's annual patient volume is 2400+
You should have demonstrated effective communication skills
ability to train, motivate and retain staff
detail and process oriented
proven ability to audit practices to comply with home health regulations
working knowledge of Medicare Home Health Certification
ability to direct and prepare the agency for state/federal surveys and audits to ensure timely and accurate billing, reporting and documentation.
You will be working with the marketing team to create goals and strategies to position the agency for continual growth and profitability. This means you should have great success in demonstrated revenue growth development and execution of strategic marketing/sales initiatives.
