Seeking a DYNAMIC sales person with OUTSTANDING customer service skills for one of our state of the art self-storage facilities in the East Haven area. We are a RAPIDLY growing, team oriented self storage company that strives to be the best wherever we are.
GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR FOR EXCITING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES!
Customers are #1 and in this role, you will:
- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques, as well as to walk-in customers
- Handle heavy truck rental traffic
- Assist personal & business Customers with determining storage needs
- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Sales of related merchandise
- Offer Insurance Products to protect Customers Stored Property
- Manage the Accounts Receivable process
- Perform Light property maintenance/upkeep
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of retail/sales experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries!
