The Red Maple Country Club in Suring is looking for an energetic, personable, experienced cook and kitchen manager (two positions available).
The kitchen manager must be ready to oversee and lead in all aspects of the kitchen; cleaning, prep, ordering, cooking, banquet & wedding preparation, staffing, etc.
Cook/prep position is a part time position to supplement the kitchen staffing as needed.
Both positions require food safety certification, days/nights/weekend flexibility are required. Hours vary greatly between the seasons and scheduled events. Bartending experience is a plus but not a requirement.
The business has a great following for Friday night fish fry, Saturday and Sunday specials, lunches and banquet/wedding opportunities. Business has a grill menu from BLT's to steak dinners and broasted chicken. We are looking for the right people to step in and continue the great level of kitchen mastery and add their own touch of expertise.
Salary/Pay will depend on experience.
