Small Chicago tax consulting legal firm seeks Full Time Administrative Assistant for the company's fast paced progressive environment.

Ideal candidates must be quick learners, experienced in a wide variety of tasks; administrative and personal support including answering phones, managing calendars, meetings, deadlines and scheduling travel, data entry, filing system maintenance, and some business letter writing.

The individual must have a proven record of good communication skills, well organized, flexible to be able to handle work task changes, and excel at being one step ahead by taking initiative and using good judgment skills.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, required. Advanced Excel experience and good writing skills preferred.

Must be able to work 9 am - 5:30 pm M-F
