Customer Support Representative
Since 2003, Vis-Home has helped thousands of real estate agents by providing photography and floorplaning services through our flagship PicturePlan product:


As Customer Support Representative you will help clients by answering their questions or facilitating communications between them and the most appropriate member of our team to quickly and efficiently resolve any client issues.

Most of these communications will be via email, though some client phone work is required.

To achieve these goals, you will use our proprietary web-based admin, along with google's document and communication apps.Daily problem resolution via inbound and outbound emails and phone callsProblem solve Customer concerns that require timely resolution.Assigning support issues to relevant members of our team, and following through to make sure they're completedSome data entrySome appointment confirmation phone workCapture details and communicate issues accurately to management and field operations.Potential chat support.Additional duties as required/needed by the department based on the current departmental and operational goals.Proficient computer use with multiple applications.Attention to detail, professional writing skills and exemplary customer service soft skills.Capable of multitasking.Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.This position is considered as a long term contract, and payment will be submitted via 1099.
The hours of work are 10-4pm Mon-Friday at our Chicago Lakeview location.
