A Customer Care Manager is the "smiling" face that answers the phone. Your work consists of providing top notch customer service to our clients and employees. Applicants being considered for the Customer Care Manager position:
Will have strong organizational skills
Will have had professional experience managing people
Will have strong written and verbal communication skills
Will be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in problem-solving and decision-making

Primary duties include:
Hiring and managing job performance of field staff
Scheduling CNAs to work with clients
Taking the on-call phone after hours on a rotating weekly schedule

Minimum Requirements:
Associate/Bachelor's Degree preferred, or at least 3 years of experience in a related field
CNA with previous home care experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
