We are a New York based Tour and Travel Operator expanding our web presence on line.
We are looking for a web content administrator to assist our production department with product management and updates for our E-Commerce websites.
The primary duties will be the reviewing, researching and writing of product descriptions with SEO content that will attract search engine traffic as well as updating pricing for our websites.
Training will be provided. This position is available immediately. Our company is rapidly expanding and we are looking for candidates interested in a long term position with growth opportunity.
Knowledge & Requirements:
Create relevant product description to highlight products & benefits to the consumer
Edit or rewrite existing content as necessary
Manage Product Data and pricing
Add new products to the web site
Coordinate with translation professionals
Proof read content for accuracy before submission
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Comfortable learning & using application software
Excellent communication, troubleshooting and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Google Adwords or Bing Advertising a plus.
Knowledge of media communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
Compensation start at 35K + Bonus + medical benefits and 401k.
Candidates must have at least one year experience in web content administration.
