As the Cloud Infrastructure Technical Support Lead, you be the hands-on leader responsible for creation of end-to-end support strategy to keep our customers enjoying the benefits of our established AWS Security-as-a-Service platform. This is an opportunity to use your highly technical skills to work closely with Developers and System Administrators. This is also a customer facing role, and the opportunity to grow your team.
Leadership -- Technical -- Strategic -- Cloud -- Infrastructure
3-5+ years of relevant technical customer support leadership experience in a fast moving environment supporting SaaS and web based solutions.
1-2 years' experience with a cloud platform products/service such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce/Heroku, VMWare, HP, etc.
Highly prefer some working experience and knowledge of AWS and their platform services.
Experienced working closely with other departments in an enterprise level environment including Development, Systems Administration, Project Management, and the Executive team
Experienced designing and writing support documentation and SOPs, and problem solve reported defects.
BS or BA degree preferred but not required.
