MANAGER AND OR ASSISTANT MANAGER TEAMS FOR PHOENIX MOBILE HOME PARK ((TEAM MUST CONSIST OF 2 PERSONS WHO WILL LIVE IN THE SAME HOME)) ONE MEMBER OF THE TEAM WILL BE DESIGNATED AS THE OUTSIDE PERSON AND ONE WILL BE THE INSIDE PERSON.
INSIDE PERSONS: Responsible for all office operations, wich includes interviewing prospective tenants, preparing all paperwork for prospective tenants, tenant relations, collection of rents, posting late rents, data entry using Spectra Software/E-Pay software, issuing violation notices, eviction notices, weekly inspections of the park, preparation of weekly reports and cleaning office. Some data entry experience required.
OUTSIDE PERSONS: Responsible for all park maintenance, landscaping, repairing water and sewer lines, swimming pool maintenance, and some mobile home repairs.
FULL TIME MONDAY thru. FRIDAY 8 AM to 5 PM. On call every other week and weekend.
Salary between $2,200. - 2,600. per month per COUPLE plus Benefits that include free housing, utilities, cell phone allowance, cable TV allowance, health insurance & IRA retirement plan.
MUST HAVE: REFERENCES, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AUTO INSURANCE, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, NO DUI'S IN THE LAST 3 YEARS & NO FELONYS.
