These stamps come form the Black heritage collection and are the first twenty one stamps ever issued in this series.

When this framed artwork was first sold the United State Postal Service sold it for $125.00 USD.

All twenty one stamps are sold out and are extremely rare if not impossible to find.

This would be a great gift and a nice peice of history for any collector.
