Stormtec Filtration - Sales Representative.
Stormtec Filtration is currently recruiting for both Inside and Outside full time Sales Representatives to grow its rental equipment and enviromental products group, while helping to develop new areas of sales revenue.
As the Stormtec Sales Representative, you'll be a key member of the company's sales team. In this position, you will work to strategically target new customers (Builders, Excavators, and Developers) to rent sediment control systems, focusing on water treatment form construction sites.
This is a full time position, with base salary (dependent on your experience) plus bonus.
Works to target and succesfully sell/rent water treatment equipment to builders/developers within the key target profile by using your industry contacts..
Manages an assigned sales territory and reports on related marketing activities on a weekly basis; and
Educates and convinces builders/developers to convert form using other vendors, to using Stormtec as a prefered supplier.
Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals;
Proven success in developing new buisness and generating sales leads by managing a territory and selling activities.
Have a good understanding of the State water discharge requirements to sanitary, and storm sewer systems.
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, crafting a win-win solution (collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a timely basis) and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale;
Demonstrated intermediate skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and proprietary software);
Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups.
Must have a valid driver's license with a respectable driving record.
College degree (in Sales and/or Marketing prefered), or equivalent work experience.
Three or more years of succesful sales experience selling value-added, whole solution products to customers within equipment rental, construction, oil & gas, mining, or other transferable industry.
Demonstrated Experience with the standard features of various automated Sales Tracking Software, Customer Relationship Management Software, or proprietary software (CRM, Salesforce, Maximizer etc.)
