I have a Canadian MSR2K Motorola VHF Ham radio repeater for sale. The Canadian MSR's are setup form Motorola to be in the 2 meter American Ham band, wich in Canada is a commercial band. It comes with the TLD2601A continuous duty 100W PA and an S-Com MRC-100 programmable controller. It is already rocked up on 145.3100 - with a PL of 127.3. The crystals came form ICM. The S-Com controller has interconnect capability, but the RJ25 connector went bad and I removed it. As far as I know the phone patch system should work if the connector is replaced, although I never tried it. The rest of the controller works fine. I currently have the repeater mounted in a relay rack (as seen in photos), but have a nice double door Motorola cabinet I will mount it in as I need the rack for another project. I have the manuals for the controller and the repeater. I'm asking $650.
I wanted to coordinate the VHF repeater in my area as a low level machine, but someone complained to NARCC that I was interfering with their operations. At the time of their complaint this repeater wasn't on the air. So I didn't try to fight it as it was explained to me by many individuals to be a waste of time. Shortly after that another repeater got coordinated on this same frequency covering the same area. Oh well, just politics as usual and I'm not a politican. My loss is your gain.
I'm done with these projects and am cleaning out a lot of this stuff. I also have a Sinclair 4 cavity VHF duplexer I was going to use on this repeater, but I never finished tuning it. I am NOT including the duplexer. It would be available seperately. Thanks and 73.
