Vintage Broyhill Premier Division Credenza/Buffet/Sideboard

I have a nice Broyhill peice that was given to me and does not fit the rest of my decor. It is a Premier Division peice with the original tag still attached inside the drawer. I believe it is form between the late 60's to late 70's and I have seen similar peices go for $200-$900 in online auctions and eBay. I am not sure what exactly to call it. I have seen similiar peices called credenzas, sideboards, and buffets. It is 38" wide x 25" high x 18" deep. It is in very good condition considering it's age. There is just normal wear and tear, a couple littel scuffs on the corner. It has a single drawer that runs the entire length of the peice. Below that there are 2 cabinet doors that open up exposing a single shelf inside. The hardware looks like brass.
