1960 Zollinger Vakashunette Travel Trailer-
Canned ham +
IT IS IN JOSHUA TREE CA 92252
Very Rare, possibly the only one still in existance.
I have never seen another one!
All original inside, in good condition--all original appliances. This has a full bath room with large shower, toilet and full large storage closet in the bath room. The
fridge still has the original ice cube trays inside. The interior is
beechwood, has a dinette, sleeps 2-4, on demand hot water heater, all newer
tires. I have current rejistration and clear title in my name. It tows easy, I don't know the weight.
We have used to store some things in and never camped in it, so we never used the appliances.
16.5 box plus 3' tounge with a 2"ball hitch.
I hate to see it sit when someone can fix it up a bit and use it. What you see is what you get.
It needs a littel bit of work- floor covering? paint? and a good polish? This is old un-restored and needs someone who can bring it back to life and use it or resell it for more money.
Sold As is. Please look at all the pictures at:

Hi, I am learning more about the trailer as people tell me and as people ask questions:
Q: Do the louvered windows work? A: Two windows are missing their crank. The
bathroom window doesn't open, but all the other ones do.
Q: Is there any water damage? A: Some of the window frames on the inside look like
they got wet, probaly form the windows being open when it started to rain. See pictures.
Q:. Can it be towed? A:Yes.
Q:Can you send me more pics? A: I have tons of pics at picture push . com, Please
send send me your e-mail address and I am glad to send a link to your e-mail.or (copy link on bottom of this page in the answered questions area)
Q:Is the toilet a regular house one? A: No, it's the original old travel trailer toilet,
looks like it should work fine. The bowl is porcelain and would be easier to clean than
the plastic. The bottom is metal, looks very strong and should last forever.
Q:Would this trailer be considered a park trailer? A: No, there is a small holding tank
under the toilet, it needs a drain plug. The kitchen sink (needs a trap) and shower both
drain in the back of the bottom of the trailer (no gray water tank) Lots of room to add
Q:Would any of the walls or floor have to be replaced? A: The ceiling looks great (see
pics) looks to have never leaked. The walls look solid. Under the table there is a small
peice of the paneling on the wall I would replace or cover with a new one (see Pics).
The area around some of the windows looks like the windows were open when it
rained a time or two. The wood is not rotten but solid. I think sanding and a new coat
of finish would make it look like new! See pics.Their are a few small dents in the front and two small tears in the front outside panel each is around three inches.
Other than the things mentioned above and in the description, cleaning it up or
painting, it looks great for 52 years old! I am honest and it will need a bit of work to
get it up to speed, but is very worth the effort, and cheap at this price for what it is &
the littel work it does need. Thank you
Q: Can you hold this for me untill I can pick it up. A: Yes, It must be payed in full and it can sit for a month.
Q: Can you deliver the trailer? A: No, I can't, but I do use a local tow service. They move things for me. They also have special long distance rates. Call them and get a price: La Fevre's Towing 760-three 64-two 846 I am glad to help with things on my end.
