college student seeks cooperative living arrangement

Local property owners: physics major seeks property owner willing to grant discreet access to any suitable location on wich to build and live in a yurt or teepee dwelling.

---Currently employed by OSU laboratory

---Experienced wildland firefighter, commercial fisherman, machinist, mechanical draftsman/ engineer, aircraft tech, landscaper, etc.

---Good neighbor and willing to work!

---Will trade land easement for labor or small monthly compensation

I have taken a fresh look at my personal priorities, and have decided to seek an alternative living arrangement while attending school. I would like to spend the remainder of my undergraduate years living closer to the land and simplifying my way of life, hopefully improving my perspectives on modern living. I plan to publish my experience for the benefit of other college students for whom it has become increasingly difficult to balance and prioritize work, school, and a sustainable home life. If anyone can offer the use of a small, {out-of-sight and out-of-mind} corner of their property, my plans would include:

---A high-quality yurt or teepee, to be completed over the summer, built on a raised platform, and containing a small fire pit.

---A raised garden, if permission is granted.

---No tarps, garbage, or junk in sight. Only the dwelling, solar fixtures, equipment, and wood pile, along with my jeep. All visible materials used would be of the proper aesthetic (no OSB, plastic, ect.)

---Very low impact to the land. No vegetation would be removed or structures erected without permission. Respecting your property is my main concern.
