Custodian (Multiple Positions Available)

SBM, an international facilities service company, is searching for several full- and part-time Custodians for our facilities located in the greater North Scottsdale area. As a member of the custodial team, you will be responsible for keeping assigned areas in clean and orderly condition, and will need to work succesfully with fellow employees & others.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

•Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
•Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
•Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
•Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)

VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE

•5:00 pm to 1:30 am Saturday through Thursday
•7:00 pm to 2:30 am Saturday through Wednesday
•5:00 to 11:30 pm Sunday through Thursday

COMPENSATION

The starting wage for this position is $8.00 per hour.
