TODAY 7/7 come and find out how you can be a part of Aloha City Rollers roller derby league. There are skating and non skating positions on the league. Aloha City Rollers is having a infomational meeting TODAY July 7 5-8pm at the Re/Max office in Kapolei at 480 Kamokila Blvd in the same shopping center as Home Depot between Ace Hardware and Panda Kitchen. Talk with league members, learn more about the sport of roller derby, ask questions, try on gear, find out more about starting training. Find out more about becomming a player, referee, or non skating official. All positions are open to women and men 18 years or older. No prior roller derby or skating experience is required. You just need to have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to be a part of a team.

What kind of people play roller derby? women, men, college students, moms, dads, nurses, administrative assistants, scientists, engineers, service workers, artists, musicians, teachers, lawyers, military spouces, enlisted military, priests, dental hygenists...people form all walks of life, variety of age groups, and different body typos. The great thing about roller derby is it is a sport for everyone!
