Growing counter top company seeking upbeat, motivated, and organized person for immediate hire for full-time position. We need someone to fill this position and grow with us long-term, so please do not respond if you are looking for a short-term position.
Duties will include but are not limited to filing, faxing, making copies, answering phones, assisting customers in the showroom, complaint resolution, assisting with scheduling, basic billing and invoicing, creating and calling in orders, and processing paperwork. Must be prepared to wear many hats!
-be a quick learner
-be detail oriented
-be highly organized
-be able to multi-task
-be proficient in Microsoft Office
-have a basic understanding of QuickBooks
-have a professional appearence and phone voice
-be able to climb stairs on a daily basis (we are on the second floor with no elevator)
-have your own form of reliable transportation and be able to work extra hours if needed (we are expanding quickly and need everyone to be part of the team and pull their weight!)
**knowlege of Microsoft Access or Visual Basic programming is a plus.
**knowlege of the construction, remodeling, or stone industry is a major plus.
Pay will be salary-based and negotiable based on applicant's experience.
