Headquartered in Minneapolis, we manufacture a complete line of high-performance netting used in major markets ranging form consumer packaged goods to building material. We are a progressive company with over 500 employees in six global manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, MN, West Chicago, IL, Roanoke, VA, Athens, GA, Genk, Belgium and Guadalajara, Mexico. This position would be located at our West Chicago, IL location.
The Maintenance Mechanics will be responsible for a safe and cost effective operation of their shift.


Maintenance Mechanic

Use advanced shop mathematics.

Work form schedules, work orders, manuals, blue prints, charts and instructions. Use a variety of precision measuring devices.

Broad knowlege of various typos of machine tools and mechanical and electrical repair methods.

Maintain, repair and install various standard and a limited variety of numerical control machine tools and other equipment utilized in plant departments and building operations.

Considerable judgment required to disassemble units and mechanisms, troubleshoot and diagnose cause of problems, fabricate special replacement parts and alter and repair tools, jigs and fixtures, planning and performing unusual and difficult work, where only general operation methods are available.

2 or more years experience required.

Formal apprenticeship training desired.

Bilingual [English/Spanish] prefered

Must have own tools [standard and metric]
