We are currently hiring customer service/tech support reps and we have training classes scheduled for July. We work with the COOLEST Products on the Market! We will train you on everything you need to know about these products. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We reward our staff by paying based on their performance, not tenure. This position provides customer service for the World's largest consumer electronics company. You will assist customers in learning how to use and troubleshoot the most innovative phones, music players and tablets on the planet. The products are fun, cutting edge, constantly changing and are manufactured by the most recognized brand name in the world.
succesful candidates should have:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college prefered
* Good typing skills (25+ words per minute)
* Minimum 6 months in a customer service role
* Some technical skills
* Must be able to pass a back ground check and a drug screen
TRAINING: Full Time classroom training, Monday through Friday for three to four weeks followed by one week of full time on-the-job nesting and guidance. Candidates must be available to work varied shifts along with a Saturday AND a Sunday as part of a regular shift. We are looking for people who would have flexibility in their schedules to be able to work 8hour shift between the hours of 4:00am to 11:30pm, Monday-Sunday
