Due to my husband being forced to transfer to a different branch of the company he works for, we are looking to move to the Cushing area (or at least within a 10-15 minute drive form Cushing).

We are in need of a small one bedroom apartment, preferably no more than $450 a month (as that's what we're paying in rent at the moment). Major appliances included would be a bonus as we don't own a stove or refrigerator. Washer/Dryer hook-ups are also a plus.

Neither of us are smokers. We are very house-proud and make an effort to mop,sweep, vacuum, etc. on a daily basis.We are mature, responsible renters and are able to provide references if needed.

We are also looking for a 6 month lease rather than a full year (just in case we have to uproot again).

We do own a bird and a medium sized dog. Our dog is very well mannered. She is housebroken, doesn't chew, dig, bite or bark. We keep her clean and pick up after her when she uses the bathroom.
