Room For Rent! Available Now (still available as long as this post is up) ***if you don't include a phone # sorry I will not contact you. Too many CL scammers asking for info. only to waste my time later on.

Rent $450/month wich will includes all your utilities paid and wi-fi access.

This is for a Master Bedroom to rent within the Baxter Lane Condominiums.

The Master Room includes it's own private bathroom (full bathtub, shower, toilet, and full vanity/sink). 3 windows and 1 closet. The room is approximately 180 sq ft
The overall size of the shared apartment is approximately 958 sq ft. This location is great near N 19th Ave. Roommates include myself along with my boyfreind. I am a college graduate and my boyfreind is currently attending MSU. We are both easy-going and relaxed individuals. We have a littel dog, but she is quiet, well-behaved and kept in her kennel unless we are home./Sorry we can not have any more pets.

There is a living room, dining area, kitchen (dishwasher), washer and dryer, littel patio out back, a shared yard by all apartments (no yard-work), there is a detached garage (kinda small but currently used for any storage you may need) parking is all around the apartment complex with plenty of open spaces.
