Available immediatly, I have a room available in my Old Louisville home. I am a 28 year old male, marketing professional, and a graduate of Bellarmine University, currently pursuing a master's degree in statistics. I'm seeking an easy going roommate, who is generally clean and responsible. I would prefer a student or young professional roommate. Male or female does not matter. There are currently 2 guys and 1 girl in the house (all in their 20's). When home, I spend most of my time studying in my room, and the house is very quiet all the time, with everyone in school or working.

The house is large, 3000 sq ft, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A kitchen remodel is nearly complete, with high end GE Monogram appliances including a 48" range/double oven, and built in refrigerator/freezer that is 7 feet high 6 feet wide. A washer and dryer are present in the house.

All utilities are included with the rent, including cable TV and internet. There is no lease to sign, and this can be month to month. I'm always able to rent this room out quickly because of the price. I charge only $295 because this room is small and is on the third floor, wich is partially unfinished. You have to walk through an unfinished area to reach the bedroom. Of course, you have full access to the entire house, not just the bedroom. The bedroom is currently furnished with a desk and a full size bed. If you have your own furniture, my furniture can be removed.

There is no deposit required, but if you have the ability to pay more than one month up front, please let me know and I'll give you priority over the other responders. I'll likely be selecting someone for this room pretty quickly.
