Fast paced office in Fullerton is looking for a part-time to very possibly full time administrative person for 25-30 hours a week starting, with excellent potential for more hours.
TRAINING NEW EMPLOYEES TO PREPARE FOR buisness EXPANSION!
Experience working with contractors is a plus. SALES EXPERIENCE AND/OR STAFFING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS! We need people who are quick learners and can problem solve on their own after training is completed. We have fun employees who work as a team to get the job done in a fast paced, deadline driven enviroment. No benefits, but we are a stable buisness with good amount of work and are continuously expanding, so we want the right people on our team to help us continue to grow.
* Must have open availability, THIS IS NOT A MONDAY THRU FRIDAY JOB, WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED!
* Strong personality/great customer service skills
* Eagerness to learn/work
* Savvy people skills, good grasp of English/grammar
* Must love talking on the phone
* Ability to make descisions in a fast paced enviroment with attention to detail
* Positive attitude and COMMON sence!
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Must perform well under pressure.
* Ability to meet deadlines, willing to do whatever it takes to meet a deadline, and the ability to produce high volumes of work with great accuracy.
* knowlege of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
