"Beginners Rejuvenating Yoga" with Chiori
on the beachfront lanai with roof, at Lahaina Jodo Mission with the most beautiful views on Maui.

Fees:
6 week series- $58.00/series
3 or more classes- $10.00/class
Individual class- $12.00/class

We will always take care to modify our sessions with special conditions or any concerns in the body. Providing options for every pose to ensure that each participant has a safe and effective place to be and to let each participant feel involved.

This program delivers a safe, exercise science-supported, practice style of yoga, combining fitness moves such as push-ups, sit-ups and squats with traditional yoga postures linked together in a flowing format with breathing techniques.
Yoga is a gift for the body and the mind. Our bodies and minds are different every day, so our goal overall is to be aware of our bodies and minds' needs and requirements before, during and after workout. Overtime we will learn what's best for our bodies and minds at any given moment.

Bringing to Class: Yoga Mat or Beach Towel, Blocks or Straps (not required), Water. Wearing loose and comfortable clothing.

Class sizes are limited, Early rejistration recommended.
