Hello,
I am currently seeking, ( LOOKING FOR) a room to rent/ utilities included/ private or shared bathroom, kitchen access @ $400.00 a month. I would prefer a furnished room, meaning a bed, table , lamp, I have my own linens and comfortor,etc.. and I have my own TV, I am a clean person and uncluttered. I am a 56yr. old w/male, single, retired. I have been renting a room for over one year and my landlord is unfortunatly moving in few weeks. I have no pets, children, or girlfreinds, divorced few years ago, or bad habits, not a party going guy, nor do I have freinds or company dropping in, ocassional might have mother, or sister stopping by to say hello. I have lived in the Myrtle Beach area since 1965. I have family in and around the Myrtle Beach area, and I have great references. If you have a room to rent and would appreciate having a quiet, peaceful, respectful, reliable renter that pays the rent on time ,minds his own buisness, PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL!!
