Enthusiastic Front Desk Concierge/Receptionist needed for a dynamic, upscale intellectual property boutique law firm in Dallas located at 75 and Northwest Highway. This position is part-time, 20-hours Monday through Friday - (Temporary to Permanent Position)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Answer all incomming calls, transfer to voicemails and take messages when appropriate
•Ensure the reception, conference rooms and kitchen areas are clean and orderly
•Greet clients, vendors and all visitors
•Maintain Conference Room calender and make arrangements for conference room services
•Assist with general administrative tasks

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience with answering multi-line telephones
•Strong computer skills
•Experience with Apple/Mac is prefered
•Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check and drug screen
