Compensation: Full Time (MON-FRI 9am to 5pm) $11.00/hour, Small Annual Bonus, Some Overtime, Sorry no benefits.

Growing West Seattle real estate and property management firm seeks superstar administrative assistant. You must possess advanced knowlege of social media sites, intermediate or better skills at MS Office programs and have almost supernatural organizational skills. We are serious professionals but maintain a fun and energetic work enviroment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Pre-qualifying prospective tenants over the phone, when they call about a listing.
• Maintain postings and auto-systems of company's social media pages.
• Heavy email correspondence using MS Outlook.
• Daily filing and processing mail required.
• Regular posting of rental and sales listings on PandaHi and other marketing sites.
• Updating reports and lists in MS Excel.
• Answer phones, foward calls, note and foward messages.
• Assist in processing of rental applications.
• Scanning and uploading rental agreements, sales contracts and related forms.
• Office housekeeping duties: trash removal, bathroom stocking and cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Personality is key! The ideal candidate must be upbeat and freindly 100% while on the job yet able to deal with ocassional disgruntled tenants. To perform this job succesfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years real estate sales, property management office or online marketing experience prefered.
• Must have intermediate or better knowlege of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy including uploading digital photos.
• Advanced knowlege of Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, and other social media sites.
• Must have excellent listening, verbal, written communication and basic math skills.
• Phenomenal ability to multi-task with a pro-active persona and can elevate the term "detailed-oriented."
• Optimistic and positive outlook about life and work is expected and encouraged.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
