The store manager's main responsibilities are to lead a customer-focused team to passionately deliver a one-of-a-kind Pinkberry experience while achieving sales and profit growth. The candidate must have excellent communication, strong management and leadership skills. A passion for exceptional customer service, attention to detail, a knack for training and strong organizational skills are essential. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of QSR hospitality/food management experience, be super high energy, have a contagious smile, and a willingness to grow with our company.
