1 Bedroom no stairs

Have one cat, may want one dog but not neccessary. I do not pay pet deposits.
Damage is damage and I will give you a $500 security deposit towards any damage.
I have never lost a dollar of my deposits in Burbank since 1997. I also provide
you with a year worth of checks for you to cash each month so you don't need to
worry about receiving them and I don't have to remeber to send them. I would
prefer to give you a 13th check instead of a deposit; that way you are covered if
you feel a need to cash it and give me the change and I don't tie up any money.
Either way you are protected. I need a very quiet unit where I don't hear any
neighbors or noise form outside. I am a very good tenant who has three landlords
that will verify I always pay my rent on time and two individual landlords that will
tell you what a great all around tenant I am. I do look out for whatever property I
am on having been a former manager of condos, apartments and a facility. I can
have no stairs but I do not want anyone living above me. This means a street
level cottage typo or a building with an elevator. I also don't go to laundry mats
so I will need machines in the unit or on the property. The reason I am laying
everything out here is because I moved into a 55 plus building that I thought was
going to be totally quiet and where I recieved benefits. The benefits were stripped
away, there has been noise form the gym below, and late last year this company
started moving in 20 somethings without any notification whatsoever. Time to go.
