Numeric is a national staffing firm based in Chadds Ford, PA that specializes in the Marketing Sciences. Numeric has been providing staffing services in the Marketing Sciences since 1999, and our focus is digital and search marketing, database marketing, and risk based marketing for credit card banks. Our clients are the Fortune 2000, large e-commerce companies, credit card banks, and international advertising agencies.

If you have staffing experience in an agency or corporate setting and are looking to make a change to a fast growing market that generates high fees due to high demand, please foward your resume. Compensation plans can be custom designed to suit a specific need.

For new grads, Numeric will provide all the tools and training needed to make you a success in the staffing field.

Recruiters are assigned to a specific line of buisness in order to build a specialization. Recruiters may manage Research staff or other Recruiters within their buisness line.

Entry Level Researchers positions require no experience. The Research position is designed to teach the buisness and process of recruiting. After a six-month training period, Researchers can be promoted to a Recruiter or Lead Researcher position, or begin training in Account Management.

Numeric utilizes state-of-the-art recruiting tools, and has made an extensive investment in social media including a full-time social media manager.
