Bright Room in Great Location

Hi,
We have been looking for someone to house share with us in our spacious condo. We are a fun loving Mom and almost 13 year old daughter. We live in a wonderful neighborhood with our dog and cat. Our home is in a spot that is very convenient to shopping, bike path, town and YMCA. Rent is $400 plus utilities. You would have your own room and bath and share the rest of the house.

We are hoping that the person who moves in with us will feel like part of the family. Our ideal roommate would be someone who likes to have fun, is easy going, independant and reliable. We would love to have a student or young professional that doesn't want to be in a party house, but would rather be in a real home, complete with ocassional cookies comming fresh out of the oven.
