i have a few vwey cool spiderman comic books. One of them is a very hard to find book. Its signed by stan lee and its graded to 9.8 form CGC. This book has been on ebay a few times seen listed and sold for over $1200 The books value will only go up. I know you will not find this book in any comicbook shop in MN. there are not many of these in the CGC census, very few graded to 9.8. This would make for a great peice to hang on the wall, collect and watch its value grow! Stan Lee is not signing much any more these days, and this book is signed by him!
The book is Amazing Spiderman #252 Niagara Falls Variant Ed. (First Black Suit)

I also have amazing spiderman #300 Mini promo variant graded to 9.8

I have a few other spiderman books, 1st gwen stacy apprnce. , 1st mary jane apprnce. amazing spiderman 299

and a few others.
