Room to Rent in newly remodeled home. Furnished except for a bed. Renting to woman only because I am expecting a littel girl in 2 months and feel it would be best. No drinking or drugs in the home, smoking permitted on patio. Street parking, quiet neighborhood, washer and dryer in garage, all new kitchen appliances for use anytime(you'll get a spot for all your food), new carpet and floors throughout, new remodeled bathroom to share with one or two others, guests allowed as long as it's not an everyday thing and its quiet, we have two very freindly dogs but will not take anymore animals, utilities included (gas, electric (A/C), water, wireless internet, cable (we will provide you with a TV and cable box). Willing to rent room to 2 people for $800/month, no deposit or lease, just month to month with as much notice as possible. We expect you to clean up after yourself (dishes, bathroom, trash, etc.), respect everyone in the house, and be on time with rent. We are easy going people in our 20's who want to have a safe enviroment for our daughter please email me if you're interested and would like to take a look at our home.
