Here is the short version listed below:

I would like to find a local web designer to help build a niche website that involves fantasy football and evolves into out sports down the road. Be great if your a sports fan already and of course if you play fantasy sports that would be helpful but not a deal break by any means.

We are a small group of guys all located in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte. We have a web programmer who will be doing the layers, mid and back end work on the site. He is not a web designer so this is the reason we need a person of skill to join our small team.

If you are willing to be paid on the back end of this website please contact me as we can go over all details. Once you understand the direction and true potential of not only the site but our group I feel you will see your hard work pay off!!!
None of us are being paid on this project as we all are putting in the effort to one day be paid on the back end of the creation.
**I can have a contract written up form a local law firm if need be so we both are protected.**

This is not a league website like espn, cbs, nfl. yahoo, or what not so it is not nearly is complex as building what most people play in. This is a niche site so it is taking different stat projections and putting them in orders.
