Current Openings: Call-Center Collection Agent, Chicago IL

Responsibilities: To contact debtors regarding delinquent accounts and discuss solutions to resolve delinquency. Duties include: maintaining an inventory of accounts, calling debtors, skip-tracing, asset searches, analyzing accounts and making recommendations regarding legal action. Proper telephone etiquette and strong communication skills are imperative. Problem solving skills, knowlege of office computer programs and internet applications are a must. Must have the ability to work well independantly as well as in a team enviroment. Organizational skills are a must.

There are NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS required!!!! Our daily work schedule is form 9 A.M. -- 5:30 P.M.
