We are looking for a sharp and bright Excel Guru! You will be assisting a top call center with their Excel reporting! Please do not apply unless you have advanced Excel Skills.

Summary: You will be reporting to the Operations Manager of a large call center and assist the team with the daily reporting and and will oversee overall reporting and analytics management, planning of CRM/ERP systems and dashboards/flash report.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or similar in a field related to buisness, marketing or administration.
-Previous experience with Java and/or Apex Code a plus, but not needed
-Must have previous Administrative experience with running reports in Excel
-Strong background and work experience in buisness analytics and CRM/ERP management.
-Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, project management and any CRM.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team work style.
-A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
-Excellent task manager, self-starter, open to direction and collaborative work style.

Position offers $14.00 - $15.00 per hour. Qualified candidates, please apply today! Will be required to pass a background check and Excel assessment testing prior to start date.
