I have a 2 car garage I would like to rent at least one side out out. It is in a private gated community. garage is 576 square feet and good for funiture or 2 cars. You would have 24/7 access. If you want daily access I would charge a littel more than $150 a month and give you a garage door opener. If you need access only about once a week or less and can give me notice then a littel less. Could go as low as $100 for the right situation. You get the idea. We could work it out. This garage is in a brand new house. It is 6.5 miles and 11 minutes North of the Spaghetti bowl (Where I-15 and I-95 meet near downtown (old) Las Vegas). Call 702-810-3910, ask for Ed.
