Seeking the right candidate to join our fast-paced team. The Case Manager is responsible for the succesful management of each case, form policy submission to issuance.

The primary function of the position is to oversee and complete the Life Insurance/Annuity case process, following through on all requirements in a timely manner. Case managers need to be able to anticipate and answer producer questions about case status and outstanding requirements. They must be able to discuss cases with carriers and negotiate when neccessary. Attention to detail and proactive follow up is required on pending buisness. They must maintain consistent communication with producers untill cases are placed and paid. In addition, alternatives need to be provided to producers when unfavorable underwriting occurs. All case management occurs within the our own internal system. Case Managers use email as well as carrier websites to monitor case status. This will require someone with experience with paperwork processing, life insurance and annuities experience a plus.

Candidates must have an eye for detail, be very organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to push a process through to completion effectively and efficiently.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

2-year college degree. One or more years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

•Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
•Capable of multi-tasking while remaining organized
•Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
•Skilled in maintaining records
•Good communication skills both internally and to external companies
•Proficient in the MS Office suite of programs
•Maintaining confidentiality of records and infomation
