Couple looking 2 Br House with yard near Raleigh/Durham

We are a quiet couple looking for a small home in or near Raleigh or Durham. We are in our mid 20's with no kids. No section 8 either.

We only need one thing, and that is for the house to be pet freindly. We also need a yard. A fence is prefered, but not required. We are quiet, clean, responsible pet owners.

We willing to pay up to $700 a month, and any utilities included is a plus. We have our own furniture, and space isn't too much of an issue. We are looking for a long-term lease of at least a year. We want to move in as soon as possiable, but no later than the end of July. So if you have a house for us, and you want quiet, clean, reliable tenants, send me an email!
