Room with private bath- Quite Neighborhood

Hello, I am a professional 51 year old woman, non-smoking, no drugs or alcohol either. I'm semi-retired due to a stroke I had in 2005 but I do still work out side the house three days a week, sometimes more. I have a large four bedroom home in Bandera. My daughter and grand kids will be moving out in the next couple of weeks and I'm realy not looking foward to being there by myself. Pretty much when their out you could have your pick of any one of four rooms. I'm only going to rent to one person so it would be just you and I there, oh and my one inside fox terrier and two cats that are inside/outside. I was thinking of asking around $400 per month and that would include utilities and cable (dish). Well let me know if your interested in living in "The Cowboy Capital of the World". It's realy quite nice here but I've always been a small town girl. I will post pics later...
