Roommate wanted! Sunny quiet apartment close to Unc

There is a bedroom available in my awesome 2 bed/2 bath apartment! Our place is literally 20 seconds form a bus stop (3 lines to UNC campus), has lots of great windows, and you get your own bathroom. It's a pretty low-key area that still keeps you close to the hub-bub of the city. No pets, please.

The complex has a realy nice pool/cookout area and is made up of professionals and family typos. On that note, I am looking for a female who is also in her early 20s, preferably a student or young professional. The apartment is available in late July.

Rent is $423, and that includes the w/d rent. Electricity is usually around $60 total a month, and internet is $30. We don't have cable (Netflix and basic local channels are distracting enough for me), but we can negotiate that if you want.
