I am a widow with a 3 BR, 2 bath house looking for a housemate. The room is furnished (but furniture can be removed if you want) and a private bathroom beside it. Rent would include utilities, kitchen facilities, use of the washer/dryer and all common areas. I have a freindly, well behaved dog and cat so pets are okay as long as they all get along.
