I am seeking a cool housemate to rent an awesome 3-2 house near 51st and Manor, for $475 a month plus 1/3 bills, available July 1. I am giving up the lease October 1st, so this is a 3 month arrangement only. No lease required.

The location is choice, with 5 minute access to downtown and campus, in a lovely neighborhood near Bartholomew Park and the Mueller development. The house is a must-see, recently remodeled in a very groovy mid-century style. See photos linked below. There's tons of space, 2 living areas, 2 patios, great yard with big trees and a converted garage where I have my office. The Manor Road restaurant area is about 1 mile away, and you can get anywhere in town real quick on 290, 51st, Manor, or Airport.

I'm 45m and self-employed soundman/promoter/musician. We are looking for someone without a lot of clutter who can appreciate the open space and clean lines of our pad. Your furniture should be minimal except for your room. We have a music room and a movie room all set up. Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Music freindly, no pets, no hard partiers or TV addicts, outside smokers prefered. Come check it out. $75 extra a month flat for bills is a steal, including wireless internet.
