Male/Female Singer/songwriter Needed!

I'm a singer/songwriter who has been playing and writing music for about 12 years. I love performing music but all the songs I write are WAY out of my vocal range. I'm looking for someone (either guy or girl) that can sing the parts. I can come up with most of the writing aspect as long as you can sing it. I am a big pop/punk alternative acoustic writer and have the guitar skills to back it up as well. My influences are bands like All Time Low, Plain White Tee's, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, etc. If you are a girl I'm looking for someone who can keep up with bands like Hey Monday, Paramore, Christina Perry, etc. Not trying to be shallow but music is also show buisness so this person must also look the part as well as be personable and outgoing on stage.
