Fairly quiet, nice old town 2 bedroom Apartment, nessled in the heart of Fort Collins! Me and my roomate who is leaving me here and flea_ing to his mothers home in Wisconsin like a Nancy..Have this apartment available for the month of July, wich would involve 400$ for each room filled, and includes utilities at that price..(i.e. Willing to work with you if you work with me.. 900$ a month with 2 rooms, living area, kitchen, a bathroom, and a great central location in fort Collins for summer living!!!).. As my roomate is leaving, I am finding myself in quite the bind, financially & may be living out of my tent!! This would be a great snah/deal for, for only 1 months rent agreements, on sublease, the option to continue rent here after or in August I say could be entirely up to you! Please let me know as soon as possiable, so I could plan accordingly with my leasing agent.. And the place is yours no questions asked..
