Hi Everyone,

How would you like to start your day on a positive note?

Rise and shine, my freind, because training in the morning definately has its benefits. Let's start with the obvious ones.

First of all, training in the morning will free up the rest of your day, allowing you to focus on work and enjoy your evening activities.

By completing your workout early in the morning, you're also guaranteeing that you'll actually do it. My point is, after a long painful day at work, it's easier to make excuses or other plans in order to skip a workout. In the morning, your body and mind are fresh and ready to rock 'n' roll. Just remeber that being disciplined is the key to staying fit, so start losing your snoozing habits.

As you may know, exercise increases mental acuity. By training in the morning, you'll wake up faster and be mentally alert at the crack of dawn. It'll also give you time to plan your day effectively before getting to work.

In addition, a good morning workout provides that rush of adrenaline and a sence of accomplishment that will stick with you throughout the day.

finaly, have you ever noticed how healthy you feel after a workout? And how you become turned off by greasy, unhealthy food? That said, training in the morning will force you to start watching what you eat form the first meal of the day. It will help regulate your appetite and set a "healthy mindset."

In addition, your body will "call upon" stores of fat for morning energy because you will be training in a carbohydrate depleted state! That said, morning workouts are the perfect way to start your summer fitness and conditioning regimen.

Here is what I'm offering...

You have the opportunity to train, with me, in my home studio at the following times:

I have three morning time slots open at my home studio, in the morning, form Monday through Friday

5:30am -- 6:15am
6:30am -- 7:15am
7:30am -- 8:15am

**I also have time slots during the day for additional training**

You pick the time that works for your schedule. A class schedule will be handed out during your very first session...

I have several options to meet your financial needs:

• If you choose to pay for individual sessions, you pay $20 per session
• If you choose to pay for 12 sessions, you pay $200 (that's approximately $16 per session.
If you train in a group of 4, your cost decreases significantly. You pay only $125 for 12 sessions. (that's approximately $10 per session) BEST VALUE!
